Venetia Kapernekas began exhibiting art by establishing the gallery Icebox, in Athens¸ Greece, between the years of 1994 and 1998. In 1999¸ she founded the gallery Venetia Kapernekas Fine Arts, in New York, which became Gray Kapernekas Gallery in 2005, when Kapernekas formed a partnership with Alexander Gray. The gallery represents a select group of emerging visual artists and produces events and projects in conjunction with its exhibition program.

The gallery is located at 526 West 26th Street, 8th fl. Suite 814, between 10th & 11th Aves. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. For inquiries, email info@venetiakapernekas.com. Unsolicited submissions from artists will not be accepted.
